What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For bulk grains and pulses, our MOQ is one 20 ft container (approximately 20–25 MT). For spices and specialty items, we accept smaller orders starting from 500 kg. Trial orders and mixed containers (multiple products in one shipment) can be discussed on request.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — we provide free product samples for serious buyers. You only pay for international courier (DHL/FedEx). Samples typically arrive within 5–7 days and include detailed product specifications so your team can evaluate quality before committing to a bulk order.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer with 30% advance and 70% before B/L copy), Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from reputed banks, SWIFT bank transfers in USD/EUR/AED/GBP, and D/P terms for repeat buyers. Custom payment terms are negotiable for established trade relationships.
Which Incoterms do you support?
